This Monk 36 Double Cabin Trawler is a comfortable motor yacht designed for casual coastal cruising. She comes with a bimini topped flybridge, full enclosure, sundeck, walk around main deck, roomy salon, full galley and two staterooms.
The flybridge is large, open with a 360 degree views. The centerline helm is forward with bridge seating for two. A few steps down is an open sundeck. There's room for casual seating or dining. The walk around main deck has teak bow pulpit, teak capped rails, and a ladder leading to the swim platform.
The salon has large windows, ample headroom, and teak woodwork. The booth style dinette can be a great place to relax. The galley is port side and features a solid surface countertop with stainless steel sink, refrigerator, propane range with oven, microwave oven, and ample galley storage.
There are two staterooms and two head compartments. The forward stateroom has a v-berth, underberth storage and privacy door. The forward head compartment has head, vanity and shower. The master aft cabin has a queen berth, night stand, dresser, hanging locker and an en-suite head compartment with head, vanity, and a tub/shower.
"Pride-N-Joy" is powered by a 145-hp Yanmar diesel engine. Two newer Marine Air HVAC units maintain interior comfort and a Northern lights generator provide offshore electrical power. Deck features include teak rail, teak trim, bow pulpit, anchor and windless, radar mast, wide side decks and swim platform.
