The 2002 Midnight Express 390 was one of the largest Center Consoles ever built when it was introduced in 2000. The hull sides and decks are cored and the hull bottom is solid Kevlar/Fiberglass. Most Midnight Express 390's were built using traditional fiberglass. This particular hull was built using Kevlar and Fiberglass. The Midnight Express 39' hull was originally designed as an offshore racing hull by Cigarette. The freeboard was increased, an integrated engine bracket was added to the hull mold and the transom deadrise was reduced to 22 degrees. The cap and deck, of course, were built specifically to accommodate its intended purpose as a high performance sport fish. This 2002 Midnight Express 390 has a large Cockpit, two large in-deck fish boxes port and starboard, as well as a 50 gallon livewell in the transom. The radar arch features Rupp Outrigger bases and the double Helm seat backrest acts as a multi-rod rocket launcher for this 2002 Midnight Express 390.
